This tourist area, although the smallest by extension, includes an extraordinary cultural, gastronomic and environmental heritage.
Suffice it to say that, of the 11 UNESCO heritage elements in Campania, 6 have to do with this area. These are 3 elements of the tangible heritage of Humanity (the historic center of Naples, the archaeological areas of Pompeii, Herculaneum and Torre Annunziata, the Somma Vesuviana biosphere and Golden Mile) and 3 of the intangible heritage of Humanity (the Lilies of Nola, the art of Neapolitan pizza makers and the Mediterranean Diet).

To all this are added dozens of other extraordinary attractions that are impossible to summarize here. Just as an example I point out the Rione Terra in Pozzuoli, the Real Casino Borbonico on Lake Fusaro in Bacoli, the Archaeological Park of Cuma always in Pozzuoli, the Submerged Park of Baia in Bacoli, the Submerged Park of Gaiola in Naples and the Paleochristian Basilicas in Cimitile.
And, for those who love nature, the offer is just as extraordinary. Just think of the possibilities offered by the Vesuvius National Park, the Astroni Crater Nature Reserve and the Virgilian Park in Naples.

Finally, if you are moved by spiritual research, you cannot miss a visit to the Sanctuary of the Blessed Virgin of the Rosary in Pompeii or a participation in the Miracle of San Gennaro in Naples.
